Why I Started Paiv Social

I didn’t start Paiv Social because it was the “smart” or “safe” thing to do. In fact, on paper, it made zero sense. I’m planning a wedding. I’m five months out from one of the biggest days of my life — financially, emotionally, logistically. Most people would wait. Most people told me to.

But I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being pulled toward something more — something mine. And I believe, with everything in me, that God placed this idea in my heart at the exact moment I was meant to run with it.

After 7+ years in the agency world, working behind the scenes on other people’s brands — I was burnt out. I had built strategies that got results, campaigns that went viral, and social calendars that filled feeds. But somewhere along the way, I lost the part of marketing that I actually loved — the human part. The honest, evolving, let’s-build-this-together part. I wanted to bring that back.

Paiv is more than a name. It’s a piece of me. It’s “pave” — the idea of carving your own path, even if no one’s walked it before. It’s also “Paige” — the name I’ve been proud to build a life around, full of grit, grace, and a little edge.

This business was never about perfection. It’s about motion. It’s about finally having the freedom to create work I believe in, with people I genuinely connect with. To show up for brands that are trying their best — and to do it with clarity, strategy, and zero fluff.

Paiv Social is built on values that reflect who I am:

  • No buzzwords. Just real, thoughtful marketing.

  • No pressure. Just partnership.

  • No pretending. Just a brand that grows with you.

I know this season is a whirlwind — between planning a wedding, building a business, and navigating all the unknowns in between. But I also know I’m right where I’m supposed to be.

So here’s to the messy middle. To starting something before you feel “ready.”To paving a new path — and walking it one bold, honest step at a time.
